How it works
How the take becomes a burn

Enroll a pool
A Uniswap hook on a tokenised-equity pool. The allowlist is the chain's 194 names, nothing else. No creation fee.

Take 50 bps
The protocol charges 50 basis points on every swap that pool prints. 80% of the take is sent to the vault as inventory — WETH, USDG, or the stock token.
- 3
Buy, then burn
Inventory is not a buyback. A buyback is a swap of that inventory for $DRIP. The $DRIP is sent to the dead address. Both legs print on the tape.
